The St. Xavier Project

The St. Xavier Bomber basketball program has had its fair share of success. With notable alumni like current Xavier University Head Coach, Chris Mack, the Bombers were looking to re-vamp their locker room to match their programs storied history.

In order compete in the always tough GCL South, the school and players needed a place dedicated to the program. With a nearly blank canvas St. Xavier tapped Corbitt Graphics and were able to give the Bombers the space they needed.

Representing the strength and precision needed in the sport of basketball, the use of metal and straight lines were essential in bringing life to the Bomber basketball brand. The back-lit St. X logo is the first thing you see as you enter the locker room, followed by the past individual and team accolades on the left and right side of the hallway. Wanting to give current players recognition, the Bomber Team Awards wall is straight ahead. Once you turn the corner you are immediately reminded of the historic players, teams and coaches that earned the opportunity to wear the Bomber uniform with the multitude of pictures ranging from the first team to the current ones along the top of the new lockers. The fully customized magnetic dry-erase wall is the focal point of the room. Here, the Bombers are able to go over strategies on the full and half court dry-erase boards, watch film and display their game to game goals and successes at the top of the wall.
